Refund Policy for Longevity Health Technology
Overview
At Longevity Health Technology, we stand behind the quality of our products we sell. We understand that purchasing health and wellness equipment is a significant investment, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy is designed to provide clear guidelines for our specialized equipment that requires installation and setup.
Inspection Period
We offer a 15-day inspection period from the date of delivery. During this period, we encourage you to thoroughly inspect your equipment for any defects, damage, or issues with functionality. The product must remain unassembled and unused during this inspection period if you wish to qualify for a full refund.
Return Eligibility
Eligible for Full Refund:
- Unopened, unassembled products in their original packaging
- Products with manufacturing defects or damage that occurred during shipping (must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos)
- Incorrect items shipped (different from what was ordered)
Eligible for Partial Refund (20% restocking fee applies):
- Opened but unassembled products returned in original packaging with all components
- Products deemed incompatible with your space after consultation with our customer service team
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Products that have been assembled, used, or installed
- Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or use
- Products missing components or original packaging
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Custom or personalized equipment made to specifications
Return Process for Heavy Equipment
Due to the size and weight (75+ pounds) of our equipment, please follow these steps for returns:
- Contact Customer Service: Email support@longevityhealthtech.com or call [Phone Number] within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return request.
- Return Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:
- For defective products or incorrect shipments: We will arrange pickup at our expense
- For customer-initiated returns: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- We can recommend freight carriers with discounted rates for our customers
- Packaging Requirements: Equipment must be repacked in original packaging or equivalent to prevent damage during return shipping. Products damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for refund.
- Inspection Upon Return: All returned items undergo inspection before refunds are processed. Items showing signs of use, assembly, or damage beyond normal inspection will be subject to reduced refund or return to customer.
Alternative Solutions
For situations where return shipping is impractical due to the size and weight of the equipment:
- Technical Support: Our technical support team can assist with troubleshooting and proper setup to resolve most issues.
- On-site Service: For qualifying warranty issues, we may offer on-site service rather than requiring equipment return.
- Resale Assistance: If you've assembled the equipment and it's in good working condition but no longer wanted, we can provide guidance on local resale options.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Full refunds include the purchase price (excluding original shipping fees)
- Partial refunds will have the 20% restocking fee deducted from the purchase price
- Refunds typically process within 10-14 business days after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund (subject to this policy) and place a new order for the desired item.
Warranty Information
This refund policy is separate from our product warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for coverage of manufacturing defects after the 30-day inspection period.
